Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

At least seven years of experience applying security standards that apply to SCI Facilities (SCIFs) as outlined in ICD 705, Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, and DoD Manual 5105.21 Volume 1-3.
Experience developing and interpreting security policy for Senior Level Government and Industry personnel.
Four years of experience utilizing Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and Joint Clearance and Access Verification System (JCAVS).
Developed in-depth Collateral/SCI Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
Thorough familiarity with all security clearance processes.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings to ensure facilities meet security requirements.
Experience evaluating and processing approvals/accreditations for Tactical SCIFs (T-SCIF), Secure working Areas (SWA), and Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWA) in a non- traditional environment to perform critical contingency tasks.

Deployment and operational experience OCONUS and preferred Security Fundamentals Professional Certification.
Completed Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 Physical Security course (or equivalent).
Completed Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) SSO course (or equivalent).
