Job Description

Description:

  • Research, develop, present, and publish SIGINT products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall intelligence analytical team.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: PowerPoint slides when required, network charts when required, daily SIGSUMs, analytic product when required, and daily completed reports upon analysis of new reporting.
  • Conduct analysis of raw and fused signals intelligence data concerning insurgent threat activities.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: PowerPoint slides when required, target packages when required, information papers when required, analytic product when required, and daily completed forms and detailed reports.
  • Provide input on multiple ad-hoc SIGINT requirements and objectives.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: PowerPoint slides when required, target packages when required, information papers when required, analytic product when required, and customized input according to requirement or objective when required.
  • Assist with the analysis and production of various intelligence products.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: PowerPoint slides when required, target packages when required, information papers when required, analytic product when required, and daily completed forms and detailed reports.
  • Supply analytical support for senior military leaders.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: PowerPoint slides when required, target packages when required, information papers when required, and customized input according to requirement or objective when required.
  • Perform SIGINT analysis on insurgent threats, mission planning, target development, damage assessment, and counter-terrorism within the CJOA.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: PowerPoint slides upon analysis of new reporting, target packages upon analysis of new reporting, information papers when required, analytic product upon analysis of new reporting, and daily completed reports and assessments.
  • Attend meetings and participate in briefings and conferences when required.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: PowerPoint slides when required and meeting notes communicated verbally or electronically.
  • Shall conduct comprehensive research on specific topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit's mission. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables: PowerPoint slides upon analysis of new reporting, target packages upon analysis of new reporting, information papers when required, research product when required, and daily completed reports.
Job Requirements

Desired experiences:

  • At least ten years SIGINT experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies with five years at the operational level and requires former MOS 1N2, 35S/P/N, 35B, 35N, 352B/PQ/R/S,18F or equivalent.
  • PLUS Specialized Training: Successful completion of National Cryptologic School course related to SGA such as NETA, CRSK, DEPL courses.
  • Journeyman-level proficiency with, at a minimum: ArcGIS, SEDB, and DataXplorer (DX).
  • Experience conducting SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) associated work focused on SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA).
  • Be knowledgeable of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet and associated SIGINT database/search engines.
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat, intelligence related automation, and MS Office Suite in support of analytical efforts and product development.
  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of USFOR-G requirements.
  • Expert in FADE/ SKOPE/ DX/ PULSE
  • Operational level experience.
  • OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience.
  • SASMO, DEPL 3000 or DEPL 2000 trained.

Key Experience:

  • Maritime and SOF experience. 

Education:

  • Master’s Degree or at least six years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with ten years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge with data processing system NSANet.

 

Security Clearance:

  • Security clearance required TS/SCI with current CI Polygraph and capable of gaining and maintaining access to NSA systems and facilities.
