Job Description

Prescient Edge is seeking a Marine Raider Regiment/ Special Activities Training Role Player to support a Federal Government client. As a Role Player, you will:

Assist the Marine Raider Regiment in providing an operational environment within a simulated sovereign nation in support of Unconventional Warfare and Special Reconnaissance missions.
Perform relevant tasks as directed by Special Activities Team Lead and MRR Government personnel.
Deliver an after-action report (AAR) at the conclusion of each event regarding potential improvements/performance during the SAT and be prepared to brief the AAR to the MRR upon the conclusion of the training.

Please note that this is a temporary 1099 position.

Security Clearance:

Interim Security clearance required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Ability to perform duties in a physically demanding work environment.
Full training and preparation in order to meet mission requirements at start of contract.
Understand the script concept and interact with the overarching scenario.
Utilize creativity to better simulate the training environment and portray the assigned role.
Deliver precise exercise performance feedback to assist MRR with the evaluation of the exercise participants.

Experience:

Operational experience and knowledge of current doctrine and trends.
Previous experience as a Role Player preferred.
Experience working in DoD or Intelligence Community environment preferred.

Education:

High school diploma or GED
